Frame Rate
Frame rate refers to how many individual images, or frames, a video or animation displays each second. It’s measured in frames per second (fps). A higher frame rate results in smoother motion, making fast actions look more natural. For example, movies often use around 24 fps, while video games and sports broadcasts may use 30 fps or higher for fluid motion. Conversely, a lower frame rate can produce choppier visuals. Frame rate impacts the viewing experience by balancing smoothness with data size and processing requirements.
