Four Frames Model
The Four Frames Model is a way to understand organizations by viewing them from four different perspectives: Structural (how roles, responsibilities, and rules are organized), Human Resources (people and their needs, skills, and relationships), Political (power, conflicts, and alliance-building), and Symbolic (culture, meaning, and shared values). Think of it as looking at a company through different lenses to see the full picture—how it operates, who it includes, what pressures it faces, and what its purpose or story is. This approach helps leaders identify challenges and develop effective strategies.
