Fitness Industry Association (FIA)

The Fitness Industry Association (FIA) was a UK-based organization that supported and represented fitness professionals and facilities. It helped promote high standards, professional development, and safety within the industry. The FIA worked to improve credibility and ensure members adhered to best practices, benefiting both industry providers and consumers. Please note that as of 2013, the FIA merged with the British Association of Leisure Parks, Piers and Attractions (BALPPA), and its functions are now integrated into other industry bodies.
