Feature Matching

Feature matching is a technique used to identify common points or patterns between two images. It involves detecting unique, identifiable features—such as edges, corners, or textures—in both images, then comparing these features to find correspondences. This process helps in tasks like aligning images, creating panoramas, or recognizing objects across different views or conditions.
