Faisal Mosque

Faisal Mosque, located in Islamabad, Pakistan, is one of the largest mosques in the world and an iconic symbol of the city. Completed in 1986, it was designed by the Turkish architect Vedat Dalokay and features a unique contemporary style, resembling a desert tent with its white marble façade and large triangular minarets. The mosque can accommodate around 100,000 worshippers and is surrounded by scenic mountains.
