Eye Teaming
Eye teaming refers to the ability of both eyes to work together effectively to focus on a single target. This coordination is essential for depth perception, visual comfort, and clear sight. When eyes team properly, they align and move in unison, allowing us to gauge distances and see three-dimensional images. Difficulties in eye teaming can lead to issues like double vision, headaches, or problems with reading and concentration. These challenges may arise from various factors, including muscle imbalances, neurological conditions, or developmental issues, and can often be addressed through vision therapy or corrective measures.
