Experiential Learning Cycle
The Experiential Learning Cycle is a process of learning through hands-on experience. It involves four steps: first, doing or practicing a task (concrete experience); then reflecting on what happened (reflective observation); next, analyzing and understanding the experience (abstract conceptualization); and finally, applying what you've learned to new situations (active experimentation). This cycle helps deepen understanding by linking practice with thinking and reflection, enabling continuous growth and improved skills through real-world experiences.
