EUV lithography

EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) lithography is a cutting-edge technology used to produce very tiny features on computer chips. It uses extremely short wavelengths of light—similar to ultraviolet but much more energetic—to etch intricate patterns onto silicon wafers.
