Eurobonds
Eurobonds are a type of international debt security issued by governments, corporations, or organizations outside their home country, usually in a currency different from their own. They are sold on the international financial market, often in Europe or other regions, and are used to raise capital globally. Eurobonds are typically issued in bearer form, meaning ownership is transferred by simply handing over the document, and they often have flexible terms. Despite the name, they are not necessarily tied to Europe; the term "Euro" refers to their issuance style rather than geographic location.
