Eurasianism
Eurasianism is an ideology that emphasizes the cultural and political unity of the countries in Eurasia, particularly Russia and its neighboring regions. Proponents believe that these areas share a unique identity, distinct from Western Europe and the U.S., shaped by their shared history, geography, and cultural heritage. Eurasianists often promote the idea of a political and economic alliance among these countries to strengthen their influence globally, counter Western dominance, and foster mutual cooperation. The concept is tied to both nationalism and a vision for a multipolar world where various regions coexist as equals.
