Erin's Law

Erin’s Law is a policy that requires schools to provide education and training to students and staff about recognizing, preventing, and reporting child sexual abuse. The goal is to empower children with knowledge about their bodies, boundaries, and how to speak up if they feel uncomfortable or are harmed. It also emphasizes the importance of creating a safe and supportive school environment. Established to help protect children from abuse, Erin’s Law aims to decrease the incidence of abuse through awareness, prevention, and intervention efforts.
