Epidiolex

Epidiolex is a prescription medication made from cannabidiol (CBD), a compound found in the cannabis plant. It is specifically approved to treat certain types of severe epilepsy, such as Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, in patients aged two years and older. Epidiolex works by reducing the frequency of seizures. Unlike other cannabis products, Epidiolex does not contain THC, the psychoactive component that causes a "high."
