ENP (European Neighbourhood Policy)
The European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) is an initiative by the European Union aimed at fostering stronger relationships with countries bordering the EU, such as those in Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean. Launched in 2004, it seeks to promote stability, security, and prosperity through cooperation in areas like trade, governance, and social issues. In return, neighboring countries are encouraged to adopt EU values, enhancing mutual benefits. The ENP serves as a framework for dialogue and partnership, helping to address common challenges like migration, energy security, and economic development, ultimately aiming for regional stability and integration.
