Enoch

Enoch is a biblical figure noted for his close relationship with God. He appears in the Book of Genesis as the great-grandfather of Noah. According to biblical accounts, Enoch lived a long life and, remarkably, "walked with God" before he was taken to heaven without experiencing death.
