Emperor Ezana
Emperor Ezana was a ruler of the ancient Kingdom of Aksum (modern-day Ethiopia and Eritrea) around the early 4th century CE. He is known for unifying the region, expanding its territory, and converting to Christianity, which became the dominant religion under his reign. Ezana established strong political and military authority, helped spread Christianity across his empire, and left lasting cultural and architectural legacies, including the first known use of the Ge'ez script. His reign marked a significant period in the history of northeastern Africa, shaping the foundation of medieval Ethiopian civilization.
