Ed McMahon

Ed McMahon was an American television personality, best known as the iconic sidekick to Johnny Carson on "The Tonight Show" from 1962 to 1992. He became famous for his booming voice and enthusiastic introductions, often saying, "Heeeere's Johnny!" McMahon also hosted his own shows, including "Star Search," which helped launch the careers of many artists. Additionally, he was associated with Publisher's Clearing House, announcing surprise prize winners.
