Eclipse Path

The Eclipse Path refers to the specific trajectory on Earth's surface where a solar eclipse is visible. During a solar eclipse, the Moon aligns between the Sun and Earth, casting a shadow. The Eclipse Path is the narrow zone where this shadow, called the path of totality (for total eclipses), fully covers the Sun, allowing observers to see the eclipse in its complete form. Outside this path, only a partial eclipse is visible. The path's location and size depend on the positions and distances of the Sun, Moon, and Earth at that time.
