Eastern Wu
Eastern Wu was one of the three major states during the Three Kingdoms period of China (220-280 AD), which followed the collapse of the Han Dynasty. It was located in the southeastern part of China and was founded by Sun Quan. Eastern Wu was known for its strong navy and strategic position along the Yangtze River, allowing it to control trade and military movements. The state played a significant role in Chinese history through its famous alliance with the northern state of Shu against the rival state of Wei. Eastern Wu was eventually defeated, leading to the unification of China under the Jin Dynasty.
