DSR (Dynamic Source Routing)

Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) is a method used in wireless ad hoc networks where devices communicate directly without fixed infrastructure. In DSR, the sender discovers a path to the receiver by dynamically finding and recording the route through intermediate devices. The entire route is included in the message header, allowing each device along the path to forward the message directly to the next node. This approach enables flexible, on-the-fly communication, efficiently managing routes in changing network conditions without the need for centralized control or pre-established routes.
