Dirichlet boundary condition

A Dirichlet boundary condition specifies the exact values that a solution must take along the boundary of a domain in a mathematical problem, such as a physical system. For example, in heat transfer, it might fix the temperature at the edges of a material. This condition helps ensure the problem is well-defined and allows the solution inside the domain to be uniquely determined based on these boundary values.
