Digital Signature

A digital signature is like an electronic fingerprint for digital data or messages. It uses complex math and special keys—one private and one public—to verify that the message was created by a trusted sender and hasn't been altered. The sender creates the signature with their private key, and anyone with the public key can check its authenticity. This process ensures the integrity, authenticity, and non-repudiation of digital communications, providing confidence that the information is genuine and has not been tampered with during transmission.
