Dew point
Dew point is the temperature at which air becomes saturated with moisture and dew begins to form. It indicates the amount of humidity in the air; a higher dew point means more moisture, making the air feel humid, while a lower dew point signifies drier air. For example, a dew point of 70°F feels very humid, whereas 40°F feels dry. Dew point helps us understand how moist the air is, affecting comfort levels, weather conditions, and even how easily frost or dew will form.
