Deming Cycle (PDCA)
The Deming Cycle, also called PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), is a continuous improvement process. It starts by planning a change or improvement, then implementing it (Do). Next, you evaluate the results to see if the change worked (Check). Finally, based on what you learn, you make adjustments or standardize the successful change (Act). This cycle repeats regularly to help organizations enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness systematically. It encourages ongoing learning and adaptation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
