Deming Circle
The Deming Circle, also known as the PDCA Cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act), is a continuous improvement model used in business and management. It consists of four steps: 1. **Plan**: Identify a goal or improvement and create a plan to achieve it. 2. **Do**: Implement the plan on a small scale to test its effectiveness. 3. **Check**: Evaluate the results of the implementation to see if the goal was met. 4. **Act**: Based on the evaluation, if successful, implement the changes on a larger scale; if not, revise the plan and repeat the cycle. This approach fosters ongoing improvement and adaptability.
