Decoding
Decoding is the process of interpreting or translating a message, symbol, or code into understandable information. For example, when you read a text message, your brain decodes the symbols (letters and words) into meaning. In technology, decoding involves converting encoded data, like digital signals or encrypted information, back into a form that humans or devices can understand. It’s essentially the reverse of encoding, which is the process of transforming information into a format suitable for transmission or storage. Decoding ensures that the intended message is accurately received and understood.
