Daishonin

The Daishonin, often referring to Nichiren Daishonin, was a 13th-century Japanese Buddhist monk who founded Nichiren Buddhism. He emphasized chanting the phrase “Nam-myoho-renge-kyo” as a way to transform one’s life, solve problems, and attain enlightenment in this lifetime.
