Concurrent List

The Concurrent List is a way in which certain powers or responsibilities are shared between the central government and state governments in a country like India. It includes topics both levels can make laws about, such as education or health. When both pass laws on these topics, they must be consistent. If there’s a conflict, the central law generally prevails. This system helps balance authority, allowing both levels of government to address issues relevant to their regions while maintaining national unity.
