Commercial Arbitration

Commercial arbitration is a method of resolving business disputes outside of court. When two parties have a disagreement, they agree to choose an impartial arbitrator or a panel to hear their case and make a binding decision. This process is usually faster, more flexible, and private compared to court proceedings. The parties agree ahead of time to abide by the arbitrator's ruling, which is generally final. Commercial arbitration is commonly used in contracts involving trade, services, or business partnerships to efficiently settle disputes while maintaining confidentiality and avoiding lengthy litigation.
