Codependents Anonymous
Codependents Anonymous (CoDA) is a support organization for individuals who struggle with unhealthy patterns of caregiving, control, and emotional dependence on others. It provides a safe, confidential environment where members share experiences, strength, and hope to overcome codependency—a condition often rooted in low self-esteem and excessively prioritizing others’ needs over their own. Through meetings, education, and peer support, CoDA aims to promote healthy boundaries, foster self-awareness, and encourage personal growth, helping members develop more balanced relationships and regain their autonomy and well-being.
