CMOS-MEMS Integration

CMOS-MEMS integration combines two technologies: CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor), used for electronic circuits, and MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems), which are tiny mechanical devices.
