Clickthrough Rate
Clickthrough Rate (CTR) is a metric that measures the effectiveness of an online advertisement or link. It is calculated by dividing the number of times people click on the ad or link by the number of times it is shown (impressions), then multiplying by 100 to get a percentage. For example, if 1000 people see an ad and 50 click on it, the CTR is 5%. A higher CTR indicates that the ad or link is engaging and relevant to viewers, helping marketers understand how well their content attracts interest.
