CIDA
CIDA, or the Canadian International Development Agency, was a government agency responsible for administering Canada's foreign aid and international development efforts. It aimed to help developing countries improve their social and economic conditions through projects in areas like health, education, and infrastructure. CIDA collaborated with various organizations to promote sustainable development, reduce poverty, and support global stability. In 2013, CIDA’s responsibilities were merged into Global Affairs Canada, streamlining Canada's international aid programs under one department.
