Chronic Renal Failure
Chronic Renal Failure, also known as chronic kidney disease, is a gradual loss of kidney function over time. The kidneys filter waste and excess fluids from the blood, and when they fail, harmful substances can build up, leading to serious health issues. Causes include diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain kidney diseases. Symptoms may not appear until the condition is advanced, and they can include fatigue, swelling, and changes in urination. Management involves controlling underlying conditions, dietary changes, and sometimes dialysis or kidney transplantation to maintain health and quality of life.
