CEFR Levels

The CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) levels are a standardized way to measure and describe language proficiency across different languages. They range from A1 (beginner) to C2 (near-native). A1 can handle basic conversations and simple tasks, while C2 indicates almost complete mastery, like a highly skilled native speaker. Intermediate levels (B1, B2) show conversational and professional abilities, with B2 being comfortably fluent and capable of understanding complex texts. These levels help learners, teachers, and employers understand language skills objectively and set clear goals for language learning progress.
