Care Leaver Covenant

The Care Leaver Covenant is a nationwide initiative that encourages organizations—such as businesses, colleges, and community groups—to support young people leaving care. It offers opportunities like apprenticeships, work placements, training, and mentorship to help care leavers gain skills, confidence, and integration into society. The goal is to provide a supportive network that promotes independence and improves their chances of successful, fulfilled lives after leaving foster care or residential settings.
