Cardiac Emergency Response Training
Cardiac Emergency Response Training teaches individuals how to respond effectively during a cardiac emergency, such as a heart attack or cardiac arrest. Participants learn to recognize symptoms, perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) if available. The training emphasizes the importance of quick action to increase survival chances. It often includes hands-on practice and guidance on how to call for help. By being trained, people can act confidently and potentially save a life in critical situations when every second counts.
