Calendar Method

The Calendar Method is a natural family planning approach that involves tracking a woman's menstrual cycle to estimate fertile days. By recording the start of each period over several months, individuals identify the days when they are most likely to conceive (typically around ovulation mid-cycle). To prevent pregnancy, sexual activity is avoided or protected during these fertile days. While it requires consistency and accurate tracking, the Calendar Method is a non-hormonal, cost-effective way to manage fertility based on understanding personal cycle patterns.
