Bus Topology

Bus topology is a way of connecting multiple computers or devices in a network using a single central cable called a backbone. Each device is linked directly to this main cable, allowing them to communicate by sending data along it. Data travels in both directions, and each device listens for messages meant for it. If the main cable fails or is damaged, the entire network can stop working. This setup is efficient for small networks but can become slower or less reliable as more devices are added or if the cable encounters issues.
