Bronchial Tubes

Bronchial tubes are air passages that branch off from the trachea (windpipe) to deliver air to the lungs. When you inhale, air travels down the trachea and into the bronchial tubes, which further divide into smaller branches called bronchioles, ultimately leading to tiny air sacs in the lungs where oxygen exchange occurs. The bronchial tubes are lined with mucus and tiny hair-like structures called cilia, which help trap dust and germs, keeping the airways clear. Proper function of these tubes is crucial for healthy breathing and efficient lung performance.
