British Israelism

British Israelism is a belief that the people of Britain and its descendants (like Americans and other English-speaking nations) are genetically, spiritually, or historically related to the ancient Israelites of the Bible. Proponents claim that these nations are the true descendants of biblical Israel and often use this idea to promote national pride or religious identity. This theory is not supported by mainstream history or genetics and has been associated with racial and geopolitical ideologies. It remains a fringe belief, lacking credible evidence, and is generally considered a form of pseudohistory or religious interpretation rather than factual history.
