Brainwashing techniques
Brainwashing involves techniques designed to manipulate an individual’s beliefs and attitudes, often through intense psychological pressure. Common methods include repetitive messaging, emotional manipulation, isolation from outside influences, and creating a sense of dependency on the manipulator. These techniques can undermine critical thinking and instill new ideologies or behaviors. Tactics such as sleep deprivation, fear, and rewards can also reinforce compliance. The goal is often to replace one's original beliefs with those imposed by the manipulator, making it challenging for the individual to think independently or critically about their new beliefs.
