Boxing
Boxing is a combat sport where two athletes, called boxers, compete inside a square ring, using their fists to land punches on each other. The goal is to outscore or incapacitate the opponent within a set number of rounds, which are typically three minutes each. Boxers wear padded gloves and protective gear to reduce injury. Matches are judged based on technique, power, and control, with points awarded for clean, effective punches. The sport emphasizes skill, agility, strategy, and endurance, and can also serve as a means of physical fitness and discipline.
