Boriken

"Boriken," also known as "Borinquen," is the indigenous Taíno name for the island now called Puerto Rico. It means "Land of the noble Lord" or "Land of the noble Chief." Long before Spanish colonization, the Taíno people lived there, and the name reflects their deep cultural roots.
