Binary Relation
A binary relation is a connection between two elements from two sets. For instance, if we consider two sets, one of people and one of pets, a binary relation can show which person owns which pet. It pairs each person with their respective pet, creating connections like "Alice owns a cat" or "Bob owns a dog." In mathematics and logic, binary relations help model relationships such as equality, order, or preference, providing a structured way to understand how elements are related to each other within different contexts.
