Biais cognitifs
Biais cognitifs, or cognitive biases, are systematic mental shortcuts or patterns that influence our judgment and decision-making, often in ways that deviate from rationality. These biases can cause us to interpret information incorrectly, favor certain outcomes, or make errors based on our previous experiences, emotions, or social influences. Examples include overconfidence, where we overestimate our abilities; confirmation bias, where we favor information that supports our beliefs; and anchoring bias, where we rely too heavily on initial information. Recognizing these biases helps us make more balanced and informed decisions by being aware of our mental shortcuts.
