Berlin Plus Agreement
The Berlin Plus Agreement is an arrangement between the European Union and NATO that allows the EU to use NATO's military assets and intelligence for its own peacekeeping and security missions in the Western Balkans. This cooperation ensures that both organizations can work together effectively, sharing resources and information, while maintaining their distinct roles. It was established to promote stability and peace in the region by enabling the EU to act using NATO’s capabilities when needed, with mutual agreements on operational procedures.
