Benchley's Law

Benchley's Law states that "The more you know, the more you realize how little you know." It highlights the idea that as people gain knowledge in various fields, they often discover the vastness and complexity of what remains unknown. This realization can lead to greater humility and curiosity, as it illustrates that expertise in one area often reveals gaps in understanding in others. In essence, the pursuit of knowledge may expand awareness of the limits of one’s own understanding, encouraging continuous learning and exploration.
