BCAAs

Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are a group of three essential amino acids—leucine, isoleucine, and valine—that play a key role in muscle growth, repair, and energy production. Because the body can't produce them, they must be obtained through diet or supplements. BCAAs are often used by athletes to support muscle recovery, reduce fatigue, and enhance performance. They are naturally found in protein-rich foods like meat, dairy, and plant-based sources, but supplements are also popular for targeted intake during or after workouts.
