Battle of Luleburgaz

The Battle of Luleburgaz, fought in November 1912, was a key engagement during the First Balkan War, which pitted the Balkan League (comprising Serbia, Greece, Montenegro, and Bulgaria) against the Ottoman Empire. The battle took place near the town of Luleburgaz in present-day Turkey. The Bulgarian forces, aiming to capture this strategic location, successfully outmaneuvered and defeated the Ottoman troops. This victory allowed the Bulgarians to advance further into Thrace, contributing to the eventual downfall of Ottoman control in the region and significantly altering the balance of power in the Balkans.
