Bantu languages

Bantu languages are a large group of related languages spoken mostly in Central, Eastern, and Southern Africa. They form part of the larger Niger-Congo language family. These languages share similarities in vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation due to common origins. Examples include Swahili, Zulu, and Kikuyu. Bantu languages are characterized by noun class systems, which categorize nouns and influence verb forms. They played a significant role in the cultural and linguistic identity of many African communities and have influenced regional trade, communication, and tradition.
